If you hang a piece above furniture, make sure the bottom of the piece is 20-35cm above the furniture piece.

Try to have different shapes of artwork. Having all square or all horizontal or all vertical pieces does not look nice in our opinion. It is always more interesting to the eye to see different shapes, especially if the space is an open one.

Statement pieces.

Who doesn’t love a big piece of art. They are called statement pieces because they are there to impact your space, make a statement, create a focal point etc..

Therefore we always recommend that those pieces are hung in a space that allows people to enjoy them without the distraction of pieces of furtniture. Try to hang them on their own!
