1-A- Paintings Sold by PaintingsOnline.com: If customer wishes to return within 7 days of receiving the item, they can ship it back at their own expense to PaintingsOnline, and ask for either a replacement or a refund. Refunds and replacements will be processed as soon as the item is received by the PaintingsOnline team in the UAE. Refunds will be refunded to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Replacements can be ordered again, as soon as original item is received by our staff. Replacement will be sent at no shipping charges to customer.
1-B-Paintings Sold by Artists/Galleries/Private owners: If the painting you desire is sold by an an individual or entity that is NOT PaintingsOnline. Those sellers ( independent artists or galleries’ do not accept returns. Therefore place check with us for more information on any piece.
Shipping a purchase back to PaintingsOnline in the free shipping countries will be at the expense of the shipper in case of return.
2-Damaged Items: User should inspect an item at the time of delivery to ensure that the item is in good condition and hasn't been subject to damage during shipping. In case of defect, user can return the item at no charge and either ask for a replacement or a refund. Refund will be processed as soon as defected item is recovered by the PaintingsOnline team, or for a speedy refund/replacement customer can email us an image of the damage to info@PaintingsOnline.com upon verification, our customer service team will get touch to execute either a refund or a replacement. Recipients signature of the delivery by the courier company means the item is in good condition.
3-No refunds or replacements are issued after receiving the item by 10 days.
